Bummer visit. Check engine light on. Was asked again if I had an extended warranty. I forwarded my previous email (shouldn't this be in my account already - why Check engine light on. Was asked again if I had an extended warranty. I forwarded my previous email (shouldn't this be in my account already - why is this a hassle every time?)? Was told I had a $100 deductible. Technician found the issue in an hour (yeah!) and it wasn't anything warranty could cover, so I got to pay $300 (boo!). They said they found two hoses disconnected. Funny thing is they're the only place I've gone for service. Was told they may have just fallen off/disconnected? Two stars (vs. 1) as they agreed to cut the bill in half. Two other notes: - When calling back after being told it was done, my call got routed for Service to a Seattle Auto Body voicemail box (come on - this is fixable...) - In addition, on drop off day, one of the guys at another desk was sharing a story loudly with a co-worker filled with cursing about someone. Super uncomfortable :( More
