Bait & Switch I called early in the week to confirm they had a 2010 Nissan Rogue that had about 25k miles and was being sold for ~$10.5k They said that they had tha I called early in the week to confirm they had a 2010 Nissan Rogue that had about 25k miles and was being sold for ~$10.5k They said that they had that exact one and had it on hold for me. I drove all the way from Plymouth, MA (1.5hrs away) to see the car. William showed me what I thought was my car, only for him to say that it was a 2014 Rogue being sold for about ~$14k. I told him this wasn't the car that he confirmed for me; he then spent the next ~25mins looking for the car in his system only to tell me that he had no idea where it was. He showed me a Kia Soul+ but of course I didn't end up taking it. Overall it felt like I was baited & switched because William tried to suggest that it may have been his systems being changed over or maybe the search engine I used that was outdated, but that isn't a reason as he had specifically confirmed that he had the 2010 Nissan Rogue I was ready to buy. More
Sketchy at best These people sold me a used car in 2014, claimed to have sold new to first owner, done all service, etc. for 2 years and subsequently sold to me as se These people sold me a used car in 2014, claimed to have sold new to first owner, done all service, etc. for 2 years and subsequently sold to me as second owner. Turns out that car had been in at least 1 and probably 2 accidents in 2013 while in owner 1's possession, shows up on Carfax as having had 2 accidents in 2013, no details available. Now have car that can't be sold due to uncertainty about history. Secor stopped being cooperative after admitting that prior owner, still a customer, apparently, has fessed up to at least one accident. Funnier yet, owner 1 owns a body shop in Groton CT. These people at Secor sold this car to owner 1, performed warranty work and service on vehicle for over 2 years and claim not to know of accidents even after taking this car in trade, reconditioning it and subsequently selling it to me! Don't trust these characters. Update: Received a response on July 21, 2017 from J. McCarthy, Sales Manager following the submission of this review, promising to be in touch "soon". Haven't heard a thing since. The first excuse for not making any effort to cure this issue was that the salesman Al Morse was away, then it was that the prior owner needed to be contacted and the current excuse, now ten days old, is that the owner of the dealership, presumably Mr. Secor, was away and unavailable to discuss this matter. This one stinks in the freezer. More

The Secor service staff understands that we need these cars to run and that we are willing to deal with some high miles issues. I feel like they are as fair and honest as possible regarding what needs to be done now and what can wait. They are always welcoming and get me in and out of the service bay expediently almost every time. Sales people are great. No pressure, knowledgeable. Good communicators. Finance people have "can do" attitudes. Owner is visible and accessible to customers. I understand it will cost us to keep high miles Jeeps on the road. Secor's staff makes it bearable. More
