Not told when my car was ready I brought my car in for a recall repair. I was greeted pleasantly by a young lady and sent to the waiting room After waiting and hour and a half for I brought my car in for a recall repair. I was greeted pleasantly by a young lady and sent to the waiting room After waiting and hour and a half for what should have taken 1/2 hour according to the postcard and 45 minutes to an hour according to the person I made the appt with, I went over to the office. My car was in the parking lot. I asked the man at the service window if it was ready as no one had come over to tell me, paged me, or even called my house. This set off 10 minutes of "I don't know," "What was your name?", asking then disappearing. After being asked who my representative was I pointed out the young lady who had greeted me and was told no, it was someone else. There is no way I could know that. Finally it was determined that my car was ready and likely had been for some time. This has happened before at this dealership, ever since this new system of greeting customers in the service bay was started. I didn't say anything the first time because I thought, anybody can make a . But this is the second time and I'm angry.. I like this dealership but this new system isn't working for me. More

This is a dealership of straight shooters We have been buying Subarus from this dealership for many years and have found that they have always dealt with honestly and fairly without the variou We have been buying Subarus from this dealership for many years and have found that they have always dealt with honestly and fairly without the various "dealer games" and tricks that other dealerships have tried on us or our friends. We came to know this dealership though our neighbor's recommendation, and this neighbor, too, has bought a number of cars from Secor. A great reputation is priceless. I don't understand why some other dealers cut ethical corners in order to make a few extra bucks and lose their soul in the process. More
