I had to call my salesman and dig through the manuals to get the display to duplicate the way it was when I drove in for service. The service was for a recall to fix the distance to empty display. Whoever loaded the software did not bother to test it or reset the display to its original settings. More

Why I love my Subaru Had my Outback serviced. Apparently a wheel bearing was the source of the increasingly loud howl coming from somewhere underneath. Secor technicians Had my Outback serviced. Apparently a wheel bearing was the source of the increasingly loud howl coming from somewhere underneath. Secor technicians diagnosed and repaired the faulty bearing. Driving home afterwards all I could hear was the sweet hum of that 2.5l boxer engine. Thank you Secor!!! More

The price tag of over $100 with tax was tough to swallow, but I willing to pay the extra for the convenience. I used to pay $60 plus tax at my old dealership in Warwick, RI. It was also frustrating when no one came to explain why it was taking so long. I will not be returning. More
