We were offered a loaner vehicle when Jay informed us that the installation of a remote start unit would require more time than we were prepared for. A brand new Outback, no less! We were promptly informed when our car was ready, and check-out was quick and the staff was very friendly. Great service. More
Customer Service At It's Best My 2002 WRX Impreza that I purchased new from Secor Subaru 17 years ago needed repair. It was not fit to drive and the service department (Jay Fulton My 2002 WRX Impreza that I purchased new from Secor Subaru 17 years ago needed repair. It was not fit to drive and the service department (Jay Fulton) got me in quickly and arranged a loaner to use until my car parts came in and the problem was fixed. Jay could not have been more helpful and I have my baby back running great and she even had a bath! I have only used Secor's service department for all my service needs since purchasing and am usually 100 percent satisfied or very close to it. Thanks Subaru More
