Service staff took the time to properly diagnose and resolve the problem and made sure it was fixed properly before they returned the vehicle to me. Had my alternator die, Secor provided loaner car for duration, everyone was amicable and friendly. I find the rates a little high so not all my car service is done there but the majority is. Total xxxxxxxx the last time I went their for the service department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stati department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stating they couldn’t put the motor back in my window and gave it back to be in a cardboard box. It’s funny when you get treated like you know nothing about cars, never judge a book by its cover. After the way I was lied to I Honestly can’t ever see myself going back. Can’t believe I paid for that, what a joke. More
