DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! !!!! Bought a used car that I assume was a trade in. Because it wasn't a Subaru. Sales person told me they JUST got it. So I assume they didn't do th !!!! Bought a used car that I assume was a trade in. Because it wasn't a Subaru. Sales person told me they JUST got it. So I assume they didn't do their due diligence. Especially when service department and sales keep telling me they don't have the equipment to properly check if my car is working.BECAUSE THEY ARE SUBARU NOT HONDA. So how could they know they didn't sell me a car with Transmission ISSUES! I brought my car in (within the 60 day warranty they give you). Simply because the car would shudder in a low gear. Service department told me all they could do was preform a transmission fluid service. Because again they are Subaru NOT HONDA. The shuddering went away but only to find out 6 months later... The torque converter was toast and wiped out my transmission. Now they're bouncing me back and forth from the service to sales department. Not wanting to deal with me and blaming the other department. More

Working again with Wayne Carpenter was positive and pleasant. He kept me informed about the status of picking up my new vehicle right up to when it was in port and when I should expect it to be availab pleasant. He kept me informed about the status of picking up my new vehicle right up to when it was in port and when I should expect it to be available. He was going to be out of town for the actual pick up time, but made arrangements with a colleague who was going to help finalize the deal. Unfortunately, he was not available to help with the purchase, reason unknown. There was a salesman who assisted me with the delivery. I do not feel that I was given the best attention on all the features of the car and how to work everything. More

I actually enjoyed buying our Subaru at Secor. I thought Wayne was very good at presenting the information we needed and went out of his way to make sure we understood the costs, financing, etc. I I thought Wayne was very good at presenting the information we needed and went out of his way to make sure we understood the costs, financing, etc. I thought the offer on our used car was reasonable. There was no pressure to buy. I did like the fact that hey took a personal check for payoff. Lastly, he spent some time sitting in the car with us showing a number of the features available in the car. That was very much appreciated. More
