Only wish is that a drop off / delivery service could be offered given how few Lotus service centers there are - it was a multi hour round trip to get the car. Would be nice to included / free, but also if not viable - willing to pay for the service as otherwise paying for Ubers + time spent. More

tire alert, secor made sure I was safe recently my alert came on that my tire pressure was low. Secor let me bring my car right in without an appointment and made sure I had a new tire whe recently my alert came on that my tire pressure was low. Secor let me bring my car right in without an appointment and made sure I had a new tire when they found a nail in my sidewall. They were interested in my safety and worked immediately on the problem. When it turned out it was going to take a little longer than anticipated they even arranged to pick up my mom from her doctor's appointment and bring her home. First time service This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick list This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick listened to my two issues and noted them before the service began. This was supposed to last about 3 hrs, but after settling in the newly constructed waiting/showroom it was going to take longer and a loaner was arranged. Someone kindly lead me thru the operations of the loaner. I was back to pick up the car. The service had been completed and in a few minutes the car pulled around still dripping from the car wash. My issues had been addressed and there are no complaints from me. The details of the service were sent promptly by mail. I must mention that while in the waiting room my salesperson, Diane Gebhard came along. She offered to meet with me after her meeting or any time to go over any questions I might have about the car. She has been most generous with her time and knows this technology is new to me. She is personal and knows her stuff. More
