I had an emergency situation with my 2013 Volvo XC70. Car hadn't started all day Sunday. Thought it was a dead battery but signs indicated it was something different. Contacted one of Secor's mechanics t Car hadn't started all day Sunday. Thought it was a dead battery but signs indicated it was something different. Contacted one of Secor's mechanics that I know and described my issue. He said most likely a starter. Was able to make a same day appointment. Car brought to Secor by AAA. Turned out I needed a new starter AND battery. Both were in stock. The parts were replaced in a very timely manner. My service advisor and the mechanics that dealt with my car were first rate. I'm very happy to have been able to get my car back on the road so quickly. Certainly makes me want to keep my Volvo up and running because it's a pleasure doing business with the people at Secor Volvo in New London. More
