lack of major communication i tried to make a repair to my wife's Volvo s60 for a Xmas present. the main thing i needed done was the front phone charger port was broken. i talked i tried to make a repair to my wife's Volvo s60 for a Xmas present. the main thing i needed done was the front phone charger port was broken. i talked to a service rep in person and i was told to request a service day for the following week so if they didn't have the part, they could order it. so the next day i called and found the the perfect day to bring her car in without her knowing.which was 10 DAYS LATER. i told in person and on the phone that the port was BROKEN,AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, the service person understood and ORDERED THE PART. when i dropped off the part the day before the service. he had no idea why the car was there and said everything would be fixed, not to worry. so after 3 hours of them taking apart the dash the see if they could fix it. they called and told me it was BROKE!! and of course they didnt have the part. so now that nothing was done and they charged me for the brake down to tell me (130 a hour) i had to pick it back up with my wife and her xmas present was not fixed. really sad to try to get something done with 10 days to order a $15 part. secor volvo couldnt get it done. i told them to order part and call me when its in but nothing yet. and now il have to pay double the labour cost to do the job?? what a disaster. i picked secor volvo to do the job becouse there know volvo's and would get the job done quickly. More

Not sure what happened I have to say this is my second visit to this dealership in the past 5 months and thank God my Volvo doesn't need service very often. I have bought t I have to say this is my second visit to this dealership in the past 5 months and thank God my Volvo doesn't need service very often. I have bought two cars from these guys in the past then moved away from Volvo's but came back with the acquisition of another one for my wife and these guys are just bad. There is no compassion or understanding, I dropped the car off to a building that was physically open but not a sole around. I mean the door was unlocked and I called around no one was there it was spooky, the next day I got a call from Eric and was told oh no the car is supposed to drive this way. Then after $60 to balance four tires i was told the brand new cooper tires are bad.?!? I am 50 years old and have purchased expensive and cheap tires was never told they were bad. Anyway I am going to my tire store and CT own Volvo from now on. Heck any other Volvo shop will work the car is certified pre-owned so I have a lot of covered service to go just not with these guys. I just don't believe or trust them with a car my wife and kids ride in. More

Excellent service and Professionalism Secor auto center in New London is one of the best dealerships I have ever been in in the past I have been to others but took advantage of me but the Secor auto center in New London is one of the best dealerships I have ever been in in the past I have been to others but took advantage of me but there’s shop works with you to get you the best deal and once you purchase a vehicle there their service is a monks the best ever they treat me like I’m a queen they service my car the way it should be done with trust! Julie and Service is awesome and she knows her job and when I purchased my car Anthony and financing is one of the best I have ever met!
