Complete Joke! After Secor Mitsubishi in New London, CT jerked me around for a week of complete BS, I smartened up bought a 2017 with 39K miles in under 1 hour from After Secor Mitsubishi in New London, CT jerked me around for a week of complete BS, I smartened up bought a 2017 with 39K miles in under 1 hour from an ONLINE nationwide seller DELIVERED TO MY DOOR!!! So done with these morons trying to sell cars from lots! You guys should just close your doors! The owner of Secor is either clueless or just does not care. My attempt to buy a car from them was like a really bad 3 ring circus at best! Every encounter here was that nobody knew what the other was doing. The car they wanted to sell me was on the lot, front row, UNDETAILED AND TRASH IN IT!! The sales kid had no reason to be there on a Sunday other than to suck up payroll. Clueless and zero capacity to sell a bicycle let alone a car. We were treated like more of an annoyance to him than a possible sale or let alone a customer. He gets on the phone with Anthony, who is also clueless, and tried to shake me down for another $500! I was pissed beyond words and actually shut down. Luckily my wife saw the look come across my face. Sale Sunday 10-2pm! BS!! I am going to make sure all of America knows what kind of a sham you all are there don't you all worry! You have a full lot of cars for many reasons! Pathetic!! Stear clear of SECOR MITSUBISHI! They get cars, don't even check them and then put them out for sale! I still can't believe what I even experienced and made sure Mitsubishi USA was aware as well! More

Our deal was put together quickly, efficiently, fairly and without the general hassle that is often associated with the purchase of a car, new or used. The salesman (William) is a classy young man, one of whom could sell expensive, top brands, to those who do not like overly aggressiveness and "hot shot" behavior. Upon our return the following day, Finance Manger (Anthony Gonci) found us a fabulous low interest rate on our used car purchase and followed through with every detail, explaining every segment, in a friendly and professional manner. Our vehicle was nicely detailed, with a full tank of gas and we left feeling good about the vehicle we had purchased (2013 Dodge Grand Caravan), the net price and the overall experience. This is the second used car that we have purchased from the Secor Auto Group, with a good experience the first time as well. Worth noting for the owner or General Manager of Secor Auto Group: When I found this vehicle on the internet (cargurus.com), I called the number listed at Secor, only to be told that they did not have the vehicle. I was provided another Secor dealership number, only to be told again that they too did not have the vehicle and it was most likely sold. However, they provided me a third phone number (Volvo) and salesman (William) checked "all of the dealership listings," walked down to the dealership that had just told me that the vehicle was not available and found the Dodge Caravan himself, personally. He called me back within ten minutes (I was searching other dealerships at this point) and told me that he would bring the Van to the Volvo dealership for my inspection. I almost walked away from buying this car, because I felt being tossed into a run-around situation. The first three Secor sales people that I spoke to, did not extend an effort (like William did) to locate this vehicle and provide me a definitive location to inspect it. Had it not been for William, I would have made my purchase at another dealership. I don't have to tell you, that having a vehicle in your inventory, with nobody knowing if they have it, where it is and not taking the initiative to discover it, is a serious concern, I would think....Accolades to William (Sales Manager material). More

She talked me through everything, told me she’d stay at the center until I arrived ( even though it was scheduled to close at five and I had mere minutes to get there). She contacted the rental car and set that up and took my car in to be serviced immediately. Her communication about what was going on with my car was superior and her customer service skills and her personality made the whole experience so much easierq. Trying to find the right dealer, not yet when I got my car from this dealership it had a issue with the door. I was told it was a volvo quark. turns out right after the minimum dealer warre when I got my car from this dealership it had a issue with the door. I was told it was a volvo quark. turns out right after the minimum dealer warrenty expired all the electronics stopped working on the driver side. I complained and they had little sympathy, volvo had little sympathy. they gave me a quote to replace some super expensive part and gave me a discount. I did not do it because I did not want to spend the money. Looked it up and it seems to be a common problem with broken wires not the expensive repair. this was confirmed by another dealer, but I trusted them less. When I brought it in to have the repair finally done I got a call with good news and they just finished repairing it and not the expensive repair as all indications have given. Next I asked for a quote on just one nick that was starting to rust. they looked at the whole car and I still have no idea how to fix the one thing, not the whole car, now I have to call and figure that out. I asked to have the TPMS sensors looked at since they were showing warnings. I was told that they were plug and play and should work. I told them that they didn't and to look at them. nope nothing did not look at them no notes nothing, still don't work. not happy, with these guys, with volvo at all. More
