He was not only informative about the vehicle I was interested in, he was more than inviting, and honestly felt like I'd been talking to a longtime family friend. The best part was that he listened to what I could pay, my trade-in, and the length of the deal I'd hoped for. He worked his tail off to get me a more than favorable payment, and took time to adjust to my work schedule.
