I own a 1999 9.5AAB. When ever I have a problem or a question about my car, Julie always works out a time for me. I can't thank her enough. Great service. Thanks, TOM B. question about my car, Julie always works out a time for me. I can't thank her enough. Great service. Thanks, TOM B. More
Julie was exceptional!!!! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I had the option to choose another dealership but I picked Secor solely based on my interaction with Julie over the phone. helpful, patient and kind. I had the option to choose another dealership but I picked Secor solely based on my interaction with Julie over the phone. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. If there is a way for her to have a special recognition or award for her excellent customer service I would appreciate that. Thank you, Katherine Flaherty More

Your service manager was very attentive and helpful. I think the Mitsubishi manufacturer could do a better job on the heater core so that it doesn’t leak antifreeze into the heater box think the Mitsubishi manufacturer could do a better job on the heater core so that it doesn’t leak antifreeze into the heater box More
Keith was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, and despite the short notice was able to arrange a loaner for me when I had no other options. Great communication and quality work in a timely manner. Not much else to say but Thanks for what you accomplished for myself (and my wife) on a condensed timeline. Not much else to say but Thanks for what you accomplished for myself (and my wife) on a condensed timeline. More
Secor consistently exceeds my expectations. I neglected to tell them about a tire pressure notification, they found it and fixed it! They said it would take 30 mins. and it did. The culture at Secor continues to be that of what is *not* possible instead of what *is* possible, We have owned Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus vehicles and have had them serviced in all reaches of the *not* possible instead of what *is* possible, We have owned Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus vehicles and have had them serviced in all reaches of the United States, so I have a pretty good idea of what the bell curve looks like as a customer in the luxury car service world. Secor continues to fall short. They are missing the "service" ethos one would normally find and, quite frankly, expect at this level. They are doing a disservice to the Volvo brand. Some concrete examples from my most recent visit: * When I made the appointment, I was asked to drive into the service bay and stay in my car (which I appreciate, given the current COVID numbers in our area). When I arrived, I sat in the car (in plain view of the service desk) for 8 minutes before calling. The phone just rang and rang. When I called back a second time, the person that answered asked me to come into the service desk. They explained that they knew I was asked to stay in my car but that it was "so cold out" they thought I would be more comfortable inside. This was clearly someone who didn't want to be inconvenienced by coming outside - I was perfectly comfortable in my car. Normally I would be happy to accommodate them - it was chilly outside - but considering the circumstances (COVID) I don't feel this was a reasonable request from the service tech. Upon pickup, the car had been washed and the front mats had been wiped. However, the back seat and the far back hadn't been touched. Is this a first-world problem? Sure. But I bought a top-of-the-line Volvo, not a Toyota. My check service light remains lit, so I will need to bring the car back a second time and wait (where?) while they figure out what is wrong. Getting a loaner car continues to be an issue. The service tech was frank with me and explained that because I didn't purchase my car from Secor, I was at the bottom of the priority list for loaners. We move frequently, so I will rarely have the car serviced at the dealership we purchase it from. I have not encountered this issue at other dealerships. In fact, this is the only place we've lived that we have had to bring the car to the dealership - everywhere else, they have come to our house, left a loaner, and driven our car to be serviced. I could understand the shortage of loaners if this was an area of the country that didn't sell a large volume of Volvos. But this is New England - Connecticut specifically - and Volvos are very popular here. Maintaining a larger loaner fleet is a cost of doing business and, quite frankly, isn't really my problem. In closing, I would not recommend Secor. The staff are friendly, but there is a culture issue that originates at the top. This is not a place that puts customers' needs first. More
The new drop-off bays are great! This would help greatly on rainy days. Also, there is plenty of space for customer parking. Service was done in the estimated time. on rainy days. Also, there is plenty of space for customer parking. Service was done in the estimated time. More
