Even though I have glass replacement on my auto insurance I was required to pay for the entire repair and then get reimbursed by my insurance. This means I am giving my insurance company a no interest short I was required to pay for the entire repair and then get reimbursed by my insurance. This means I am giving my insurance company a no interest short term loan. This is not how insurance is supposed to work. Secor's participation in this kind of program is disturbing. Also, I had to wait a week to get my broken windshield replaced. I've had windshields replaced by Secor's twice in the past and neither time was I required to pay up front or wait a week for the work to be performed with the car undriveable. I am filing a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General's office. More

This was my first experience with this dealership as I live in West Hartford. I happened to be in Groton and my XC-90 displayed malfunction messaged for both the suspension and headlight systems. I called the day before and rge service department graciously gave me an appointment to drop off the car for the next morning. I dropped off the car and within a few hours they diagnosed the problem, and resolved it with a software upgrade. More
I found it very frustrating that the dealership did not offer a loaner car while my car was there for service today. Instead, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car.
