No loaner when you bring a car in for emergency service? High class operation obviously not, care about their customer? Only when your buying and or leasing and they want a good survey score. Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. Been trying to get my truck fixed since January. Left it there for 2 days even though they couldn't provide a loaner. Instead of doing the 2 Pages of re trying to get my truck fixed since January. Left it there for 2 days even though they couldn't provide a loaner. Instead of doing the 2 Pages of recalls they decided to not do anything for 2 days bc they needed a part for a separate issue. Told me they would call me when the part was in. It is July now and when I spoke to Parts department, MANNY the tech never ordered me the part. So now I've been driving with no inspection since January and when I call to leave a voicemail for MANNY. I never get a call back. I made a new apptmt now to start the whole process again and I have the choice to leave it there again this week and start the whole process over again or wait till September when they can get me a loaner car. As a business owner that has been buying every ram truck for a decade hear for my employees as well WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. Not one person has helped me at the location. More
