Julissa reached out to me and we set up a time for me to stop by to discuss/look at specific trucks. With some delays and waiting around, I saw the truck and had a test drive. When it came to talking about my trade in allowance and the price of the truck, the process was strange and one sided. Needless to say, I left and found the same truck (basically) at another dealer and bought it. More
