Disappointed with the lack of communication with the service manager, texting is not how to communicate with a customer. I had to constantly reach out to find out what was going on and when to expect t service manager, texting is not how to communicate with a customer. This in no way falls on the hands of the technicians doing the work, so far everything seems to be working out. It has also been over a week and the dealership is now reaching out. As a previous customer for 2 Ram 1500 and looking to purchase another I’m not sure if I want to do business with Security again. More

Kept my car in service for four days before they even checked it. Can’t reach anyone over the phone. Corey was great, very fair, and honest. Informed us after we purchased the jeep that they didn’t have the title yet, and that it would take a week. I was afraid it would be much longer but he assured me it w we purchased the jeep that they didn’t have the title yet, and that it would take a week. I was afraid it would be much longer but he assured me it wouldn’t. A week later he called to notify me the title was in and I picked up jeep two days later. Winston in finance Dept also very fair and explained everything to us slowly and answered all my questions perfectly. The Dept responsible for cleaning the car completely DROPPED THE BALL! And that REALLY bothered me. Just paid $40k for a jeep and there was some type of glue adhesive on the drivers door panel, on the rubber trim that seals the window, AND ON THE CAR PAINT as well. Corey felt bad, he came out with numerous cleaning solutions but they didn’t work, so I removed most of it when I got home. I felt like I should’ve received a call offering me a complimentary detailing or a coupon to have it detailed. Oh, tires were NOT armour all’d as well. The other 3 dealerships I had visited and almost bought from two of them had all their sold cars lined up in a row and all were shining and detailed with tires looking great too, glistening. My daughter and I were VERY disappointed when we approached HER truck and it had all that sticky adhesive residue on the car and inside too. I’m still getting it off in various nooks and crannies on the inside door panel where the window buttons are. More
