I traded in my car and bought a car at Security Dodge. I noticed from the very beginning the key fobs for the car were not working properly and mentioned it to my sales person many times, he said no worries noticed from the very beginning the key fobs for the car were not working properly and mentioned it to my sales person many times, he said no worries it will be taken care of. Well he never took care of it, if I use the remote start that came with the car, I cannot unlock the doors with the key fobs. I have to manually put the key in the door or I can’t get in. I gave them 2 working key fobs with my car, how can they sell me a car that have keys that work half assed. After signing the papers to buy it that’s when they notified me that the car has an open recall. That was very sneaky as far as I’m concerned. The finance guy that took care of all the paperwork was rushing me to sign all the papers and wasn’t happy with me reading before signing them, I felt pressured. The car was shaking at high speeds so I brought it in to have it checked, they speed balanced the tires I was there for three and a half hours just for the balancing. I do like the car I purchased, but I don’t think I would buy another car there. More

Horrible salesman. During the time of the first meeting he did not provide a welcoming presence.
