Probably some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Geo what is the manager and was extremely unprofessional they took my car in on Saturday afternoon and I asked them to give me a call to let me know if t what is the manager and was extremely unprofessional they took my car in on Saturday afternoon and I asked them to give me a call to let me know if they were keeping the car didn’t hear from them for two days then once i called no one could find my car sat on hold for 30 minutes hung up call back finally got a hold of Geo he lied to me and tried to sell me things I did not need told me I needed brakes done when I had them done last week he was very unprofessional and wouldn’t take my phone calls during the day and texted me at 11:30 PM when I told him but I didn’t want my brakes done because I had just had them done he told me if I don’t want my car worked on I can bring it someplace else I have the text saved to show you how unprofessional he was I also asked to have my car inspected when I picked it up I asked two different people if the car had the nys inspection done Both said yes delivered my car to me good thing I checked because it wasn’t had to sit there for another half hour all in all of never been more unhappy with service Will not be returning More
