A leader is reflected by those who he leads and by this metric, it’s 1 star for me. No communication with car owners. No offers solutions. No callbacks-managers can’t come to phone because they’re on “brea metric, it’s 1 star for me. No communication with car owners. No offers solutions. I have communicated to them I have no way to get my kids to school or work and there’s zero regard to situation. I will never buy a Chrysler again and if I do it will definitely not be from here.
