I want to Waite to pick up the trick after they were done but again was pushed and was told just come back when we get them in and will put them right on in no time. Well a week went by and I was never contact by the dealership I called and got transferred around to parts department to see it that had the steps they had no records of them but we’re in stock so I get sent back to service and got told I have to bring the trick in the middle of the day well I work so it was not possible that Is why I wanted to have it all done before pick up finally the service manager jimmy was able to take care or me in the evening the one shining star in the bunch. I get to the dealer for my apt and it took them a 1/2 hour to even get the truck in the door. I was also told that I didn’t need to contact the bank about the return lease they would take care of everything well that was also a lie because that payment was taken out o my account for that old lease when I called them upset and angry I was called arrogant by the sales manager. Avoid this place they all lie to your face empty promises. Overall bad experience More

Difficult problems, satisfactory resolution I brought my truck there for a major problem after being jerked around by another dealer. Upon leaving there was a smoke issue which turned out to be I brought my truck there for a major problem after being jerked around by another dealer. Upon leaving there was a smoke issue which turned out to be another non related issue. I had the second non related issue repaired there also as the vehicle was already there and they took a look at it with all seriousness. Unfortunately, the smoke issue persisted but was handled with style and grace in a very timely manner resulting in a satisfied customer. One star deducted for the length of time it took to resolve all issues and understand that it’s not the service departments fault, but it still took a long time to get fixed More
