Not very good I brought my truck in for a recall and I told the serviceman that my key fobs don’t work. I said I need them replaced, I was charged $174 to tell me I brought my truck in for a recall and I told the serviceman that my key fobs don’t work. When I went to pick up my truck my remote start was not working that your dealership installed and could not fixed, so I was sent to a place in Bellmore to have my Key Fobs reprogrammed. Not very happy I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram here about one year ago. It’s the tungsten edition. Top of the line. The navigation unit stop working so I made an appo I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram here about one year ago. It’s the tungsten edition. Top of the line. The navigation unit stop working so I made an appointment which took 7 weeks to get. Now after the truck is there for 2 weeks they say it’s corporates fault because the radio nav unit is defective and corporate is mulling it over to replace it. I asked for my truck back while we wait for corporate to replace. and service is telling me I can’t have my truck back. I just made another payment. Service is trying to get corporate to send a new unit. Waiting and waiting .......mgt getting involved now. Let’s see. More
