Mr Francois was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was extremely knowlegeable about the vehicle and he helped me make the decision about my purchase. Since I was replacing a start. I just stopped in to check on an ad this dealer ran in the local paper. Not only was the ad accurate but in my opinion they did even better than the ad. I just stopped by the dealership to check out this Hot Moab Wrangler that they had in front. I was greeted by Kevin who was so kind and professional. I told him I loved the jeep and what they have added to the vehicle. He answered all my questions never was pushy and I told him right from the get go that I was just looking. Well needless to say I took the Jeep for a test ride, and feel in love. I had a trade that was a year old so I was worried about trade value and the payments on the new truck because it was a pricey vehicle. Kevin along with Jon the sales manager and Richard the finance manager was able to get all the numbers needed to make it possible. The finance manager Kevin DeMott was so professional, friendly and amazing. I told him what my concerns where and where I needed to be for the monthly payment. I have to tell you he got me there and not only did he get me to my payment but he explained everything to me step by step. I never felt rushed or pressured, and that in itself when buying a new truck is such a great feeling!!! He made me feel at ease about my purchase and not once did he rush me. He didn't pressure me to rush the sale. The dealership was clean and relaxing. Kevin is the man to see for sales.. Last week i took the challenger in for a NY state Insp. and 1000 mile check up. Dianna the service adviser took me right in and had the tech. right on it. I relaxed in the showroom , spoke to Kevin, had a cup of coffee. Then after a while Dianna informed me my car was good to go. Waited a couple of hours, not to bad. Dianna did inform me a couple of times that my care would be ready soon.
