car has been in for service multiple times for the same problem. When I purchased the car, the dealership used a sales pitch that stated that they have free loaner cars. However, they always give you a hard time getting a loaner and the last few times, they have stated that there is a 3 week waiting list for loaners. I am 56 years old. This is the 23rd new car/SUV I have purchased/leased in my 56 years. In all my years acquiring new vehicles from various tri-state dealerships, I have never encountered a dealership as purchased/leased in my 56 years. From the professionalism and expertise of the dealership personnel to the fabulous showroom and cleanliness of the entire premises, I can't believe a dealership such as Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram even exists. This is a top-of-the-line operation and don't believe any of the negative reviews you read on this site because there must be underlying issues that the negative reviewers are not disclosing. Bottom line, Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram delivered my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited exactly as I specked it out and prepped it perfectly for delivery. Relating to the acquisition of my Wrangler, Kevin Egan (Sales Representative) was extremely knowledgeable and professioanl relating to all aspects of this transaction.
