The worst experience I ever had with a car dealer. They lied about having the car I wanted in stock. Then they tried to pressure me into a more expensive car. When I wasn't interested they tried to hide mo lied about having the car I wanted in stock. Then they tried to pressure me into a more expensive car. When I wasn't interested they tried to hide money in a balloon payment at the end of the loan. I signed the loan application for the car, and then talking with the loan officer later in the deal found out about the balloon payment. It took me 2 days to get my deposit back even after I returned that night under instruction from the Owner of the dealership to go back and pick it up the same day. I drove 60 minutes in rush hour traffic to wait at the dealership for an hour before being told that I would have to wait. I was very disappointed when I picked up my jeep. First the agreement of the price was not what was agreed prior to the delivery of the vehicle.
