So far, I’m very happy with Security Dodge both for sales and service. I switched jeep Dealership’s after a few things turned me off at Westbury Jeep both in sales and service. This past service, I think the gentleman I dealt with is Anthony. Works nights. He was very helpful and thoroughly explained my options when it came to the servicing of my truck. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a Family vacation road trip. I was told my truck had an outstanding safety recall which involved the airbags. I really appreciated that he was able to address the safety issues of my truck then and there rather than weeks later. The biggest problem I’ve noticed in trying to get work done at dealerships is the time it takes to get an appointment. Thank you. because of my positive experiences at Security, I may be back soon because my wife would like to get something larger than her current wrangler. More

I always had a pleasant experience until I was advised on my last visit that I was being charged a 4% credit card fee. Very disappointed with security especially after I learned other local dealerships do n my last visit that I was being charged a 4% credit card fee. First they said my truck would be ready in 45min-1hr after waiting 2hrs I asked if my car was ready they said no even though it was sitting outside. After another 30min of waiting I asked again and the after waiting 2hrs I asked if my car was ready they said no even though it was sitting outside. After another 30min of waiting I asked again and the woman behind the desk said they didn't have the paperwork that I had to go and asked them in the garage then waited another 15min for someone to help me again when they found my paperwork they made me bring it to the front to pay with no apologies paid my bill then my truck still had the plastic on it's seat.
