Then another month for a loaner car slot to open up. Then the problem I brought the vehicle in for wasn’t even fixed. A week later the check engine light is back on with the same issues the car was having before hand. After I called to let them know. I was told I have to wait another two weeks till another loaner car slot opens up for me to bring my vehicle in. There’s got to be a better solution. However, Keith my service officer was phenomenal, he took time to explain to me what my warranty covers and tried his best to explain the issues my car was having. More

Service overall was terrible. Not satisfied at all with the way I was dealt with when bringing my vehicle in for repair.
