Quick Attentive Service Went in for my 20,000 mile service and to investigate a possible issue with my battery sensor. I was 4th in-line for service. Terrible Service Experience Had an appointment to drop my car off for a recall and receive a loaner. Arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment and am greeted with a huge line of cars waiting for express service. After 45 minutes of not moving I call the service department and they inform me even though I have an appointment I cannot just drop off my car for service. Was a complete waste of time, and will look to schedule all future maintenance elsewhere. More
