Frustrating poor communication from staff, job partly comple I arrived for an inspection and oil change at 7:30 AM and was told to wait in the waiting roomo patiently until 9:55 when I asked about the status of I arrived for an inspection and oil change at 7:30 AM and was told to wait in the waiting roomo patiently until 9:55 when I asked about the status of the car as I had to leave by 11:00 AM for an appointment with a professional. I was told nothing was donew because I did not meet with a person to further describe the task at hand. No one advised me to They advised that the two tasks would be completed by 11:00 am. When I asked at 10:55 what the status was they explained the inspection was done and the oil change would be done shortly with the car ready by 11:20. Since I would miss my appointment I told them to take the car off the lift and that I would malke other arrangements for the oil change. I was late for my appointment woith a counselor for my stepson but only by five minutes. More

Upon getting my car back there was a new whistling sound. When I brought my car back it was addressed immediately and I was sent on my way. Unfortunately the individual who sold me my car, Jason Waters, was rude and childish. He lied when asked if I was covered with the first two oil changes and claimed he never said that and there were signs everywhere saying the first two oil changes had to be done within the first year (there were no such signs). He would not bring me to his supervisor and threw a temper tantrum. Thankfully, Sunny, did the right thing and covered my oil change. I have wanted a Jeep for over 20 years. Jason Waters almost ruined that experience for me. SHAME ON HIM! I am available to discuss further if interested. More
Back at the shop again Another day at the shop because something is wrong with my brand new wrangler that I purchased at this dealership which I will not do again.
