Another unpleasant experiece Bought used car from them. It hS been in there dealership 5 xs for the same thing. Each time they tell me something different. Extreme delays and lack of return phone calls Horrible experience. It took over 3 months to repair my jeep. Barely any communication with service advisor. Called direct to Chrysler 5 times with no return call. Loaner was filthy when I got it. Took it ony own to car wash. This was my 3rd lease in a row from Security, can't imagine how they treat new customers. More
