Security Dodge Service is the best by far!!!! Security Dodge service department is excellent!!! Anytime I’m there for any of my vehicles whether it be routine service, warranty work or any othe Security Dodge service department is excellent!!! Anytime I’m there for any of my vehicles whether it be routine service, warranty work or any other issues I am experiencing, there’s always someone willing to help. Everybody is always so kind and professional from the receptionists at the service counter to the service writers and even to go as far as having dealt with the assistant service manager Brandon Troy who was a complete gentleman with a past vehicle issue I had. I have owned approximately 20 cars in my lifetime from 15 different manufacturers and my last 5 I’ve owned have been either a Jeep or a Ram product from Security. My primary reason for sticking with the Jeep and Ram vehicles pretty much simply stated is due to Security Dodge and their excellent staff in either the showroom or service dept. I find it amazing that the volume of customers I always see at this dealer that they are still highly capable of providing the same astounding customer care they always have been since I’ve been a customer there. So many other dealers once you drive that vehicle off their lot, they want nothing to do with you until you need your next car. Thanks again to everyone there for going beyond reproach to put the customer first!!!! More
