No communication I drop my car off because the heat was not working and was just blowing out cold air. I was already sick and came in after working a 12 hour shift. Everyone was super polite got in and checked in fast and the advisor Dianne or Donna said it might just be a cooliant problem. I told her if that was the case then I would wait but if not I would leave the car for the day because I needed to go to urgent care and go home and sleep before going back to work. I was going to take an Uber, I wasn’t asking for anything I waited in the waiting area for about a half hour then asked if somebody could find out if I should leave the car for the whole day. Took forever to get an answer an hour and a half later I got told that the service department was putting the door back on because it was jammed and that it would be another 45 minutes. This did not make sense to me because I brought my car in for the heat and not the door. finally went outside to get my car after being in the dealership for a total of three hours. The window of the car open the car was running and a member of the service department was smoking a cigarette next to my car so now my entire car smell like cigarettes. He did however explain it it was a connection for the heat that was with in the door and that’s why they need to work on it. If it was explained to me earlier on it would’ve made more sense and I probably wouldn’t have been as frustrated. I know it gets busy sometimes but I was willing to leave the car the whole day so they could’ve taking their time. More

Everything gets done, eventually Several problems with weather stripping and interior. I had to wait several weeks to get a loaner car. Very difficult to reach my service consultant. Car was "fixed" in one day, but when I came to pick up the car one item was not fixed at all. The head service manager had it fixed while I waited. Then, after I left, I experienced a new rattle in the passenger door where they obviously dropped something. Again, I couldn't contact my service consultant, finally I again spoke to the head service manager who had me come in the next week. I had an oil change and they fixed another rattle from the back behind the rear seats. More

He was polite, very understanding and always called when he said he would. The biggest problem is how they go about repairing multiple issues. One day one thing is fixed, the next day another, etc. If parts have to be ordered it takes 2-3 to get the part. I finally picked my car up after 8 days and the front end issue was not repaired. I had to leave the car for another 7 days while a strut was ordered and replaced. All this after purchasing a certified pre-owned car and having it for one week. Very frustrating and of course disappointing. I was thankful for Brandon's help and constant communication. More
