Service was great. Wait time was reasonable. Hated the policy of having to pay a surcharge to use a credit card. Additional charges were waived in this case, but the policy remained in effect. Once you drop off your vehicle, then seems to be a communication problem. Very hard to get in touch with your service adviser. Still having same problems with vehicle.
