While my initial experience purchasing my car was pleasant, it has been largely overshadowed by the window tinting I had done through Seeger. A couple days after picking my car up, I noticed some bu pleasant, it has been largely overshadowed by the window tinting I had done through Seeger. A couple days after picking my car up, I noticed some bubbles on my rear windshield. I thought it could be easily fixed and contacted the company they use. They immediately offered to redo it, but when they did it looked much worse than before. There were bubbles, chunks of glue all over and even a curly hair in the middle of the window. I then contacted them again and they claimed they could do a better job, so I took it in again. At some point they must have knocked my brake light to the side while removing the window tint because the cutout ended up being completely off center. There were smudges of glue all over. I began noticing large amounts of dust trapped between the window and the tint in other places. Finally, Seeger was contacted – they agreed to give me a refund without hesitation and took my car to have the window tint removed. I was assured this was routine and that there shouldn’t be any problems. Well, my car came back with scratches on the window and bits of glue stuck to the back of my car…while I do appreciate what Seeger did, I'm disappointed. I was told repeatedly that the company they use does an excellent job and trusted that they did. However, they didn’t treat me well and while I may be particular, the window tinting was certainly NOT cheap and should’ve been done much better than it was. More

I just wanted to say that Seeger has been very good to me, long after I drove my vehicle off the lot in March 2012. I have received excellent care from the sales faculty as well as the service/maintenance department since day one. Before coming to Seeger, I contemplated making my purchase with Jay Wolffe (location is closer to home.) The salesman was more attentive to my uncle accompanying me, and I felt most disrespected. When a comparable vehicle was listed at Seeger we made the drive up. I instantly felt welcome and treated like a prospective client. Bill (Beattie) made sure I knew everything about my vehicle prior to purchase and made my experience pleasant and easy. The service department is also amazing, which is the main reason for this review! Dave Shore and the service team are not only pleasant, they're fast and efficient. They take very good care of my needs and I never feel like I've "been taken by the mechanic." Please also give my thanks to the techinicians that work behind the scenes. They're the ones that make the vehicles run and look sharp! More
I brought my 2010 Rav 4 in for an oil change and tire rotation last week. (Usually at least an hour wait with an appointment) During the tire rotation the service tech broke a wheel stud and stripped the rotation last week. I could see it happening once but twice tells me it could just be sloppiness. I think it was Dave (pictures are tiny on this site) who gave me the news, offered to fix them for free but they had to be ordered, bring the car back, etc. Nice guy, not his fault. I guess I'm a little surprised I still paid $20 to have the tires rotated. That's overpriced to begin with and was screwed it up on top of it. Nikki was great when I came in to get it repaired, she gave me a rental, nice and friendly. I'm not upset, I just would have handled it differently for a current customer and potential new car buyer. I'll continue to do business here, just wasn't impressed this time around. More
This is the third Toyota we have bought from Seeger Toyota. We have never had a better experience than at this dealership. This is especially because of our sales agent, Mr. Mark Weyers. Came in for oil change and filter, and the service staff found a few other minor issues. I love that they could fix everything in one appointment, and that the staff at Seeger is proactive with maintenance found a few other minor issues. I love that they could fix everything in one appointment, and that the staff at Seeger is proactive with maintenance! This is why my car still feels new after nearly 95K miles! Everyone on the staff treats all customers like BEST customers, and I appreciate that Glen explained everything I needed and why, because I'm not a mechanic. I trust this dealership. More
I experienced wonderful friendly and personal service throughout. Rick greeted me as soon as I walked in the service door. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also extremely helpful in determining when to schedule the next couple of upcoming regular service dates at the lowest cost to myself. I was delighted. Oh, and during the service I got to wait in Seeger's luxury customer lounge, with lots of free food and drink. When the car was finished, I didn't just find out over a loudspeaker, but rather another friendly person came to discuss the service and return my key. I felt like a VIP all the way. More
