Qualified for the military discount but ended up not getting it. Looked into what was claimed by the salesman. He said that the myid website was down that day and that’s why they couldn’t get the milita getting it. Looked into what was claimed by the salesman. I called the 1-800 number on the military website and mentioned this to them and they said their website hasn’t had issues in over two years and specifically the day I bought the car, the website was up and running. My thought on this is that either the salesman just forgot about the military discount or wanted the sales price to be higher for his commission. I asked for paperwork and was told the paperwork would be emailed. It was only then that I realized after signing paperwork that the salesman had neglected to properly take care of the discount I qualified for. More
