With Diana I have an ok experience until Gregory step in to help. Gregory gave an exceptional customer service. He went the extra mile to answer all my questions and concerns about my lights service. Even w to help. Gregory gave an exceptional customer service. He went the extra mile to answer all my questions and concerns about my lights service. Even when I went to pick up my car five minutes before the dilership closed. He and Ethan went the extra mile and told the time until I as satisfied with their answers. I will recommend Chevrolet Seguin, and yes I will continue using his Service Department. More

Excellent customer service, professionalism, and effective communication to keep me in the "know" of how my vehicle accessories install was going. Ethan of service department was my customer service effective communication to keep me in the "know" of how my vehicle accessories install was going. Ethan of service department was my customer service representative. I took my 2022 Blazer into Seguin Chevy service department for an addition of accessories (for Mother's day surprise) and the repairman/technician discovered a leak on my radiator. To ensure everything was done meticulously and not have me wait, Ethan provided me an Equinox EV (awesome vehicle) to get home and return on the next morning. This meant a lot that Ethan and the technician pointed this safety concern out (to keep me and family safe on the road). While the service department conducted the maintenance (install of my new radiator, scheduled point inspection), they ensured a meticulous check-over of vehicle. Ethan and the Seguin Chevy service department is invaluable and further cements why Seguin Chevy is #1. More
