This service was horrible. I called prior to, to make an appointment and whomever answered stated i didn’t need an appointment to just show up at 8am the next morning. I then said are you sure because I’ve always had to set an appointment she said no. I hate i didn’t get the number. The dealership is 45min away from my home and once i got there at 8am they turned me away and said they had a full board of cars to service. I attempted to leave and a nice older white male that puts fluid in the windshield came to me and asked was i ok. I told him what happened and he went and spoke to management for me. Mind you i took off from work for this. They then told me the manager will come speak to me (manager never came) but a young black guy at the desk proceeded to take care of me. I sat from 8am till 11am for an oil change which is ridiculous but it was my only day off. I believe if it’s too many vehicles to service then quit taken appointments and quit taken walk ins and quit telling people they don’t have to schedule an appointment. More
Did most of my shopping online and found a truck that I was looking for. Rodrigo helped me and did a great job working out numbers and getting me close what what I needed it to be. I have my check in hand ready to sign and drive out and once I get the the dealership it was good he was friendly brought some papers over for me to fill out saying “to get to know who we are working with” after I fill out papers. Ro Reyes then stepped in and did a great job doing his part. Took me on the test drive and told me more about the vehicle, gave a tour of the service department. I was extremely happy with him. So 4 weeks later, guess what I find out that Rodrigo Netro ran my credit after I asked him there was no need for it. You don’t play with someone’s credit! Overall experience I have nothing negative to say about Ro, he did his job. But the other guy, SNAKE! More

It was hard to get a loaner and also my vehicle was there for almost 3 weeks and the check engine light came on again. Was told it was a computer update problem but now it’s doing it again. It took two days to diagnose problem with my truck. Seven days to get the parts, and another two days to repair.
