They took my car to evaluate it to get a price on it which up until I left everything was great. After I left the dealership I was feeling that my car was a little off but didn’t think much of it since I still had an hour drive left to get home. 20 min before getting home I call my husband bc I was smelling burnt oil. I get home only realizing that they messed up my VW by not putting back the oil cap or misplacing it. I called back many times and all I got to say is that this people don’t care about any costumer. Worst experience I’ve had. First time buying from different dealership that wasn’t Ford and this happens. I Don’t recommend this dealership. More

I chose Seguin Chevy for an oil change/tire rotation because noticed an advertised on their website. After service was completed my was handed a bill for $50 over the advertised price. I looked back at the website and there was not any fine print for hidden fees or cost. And my wife was never asked if she wanted anything extra done to our vehicle to justify the higher bill.
