Although Gracie provided me with excellent customer service, the almost two month turn around time for the repair of my vehicle was totally unacceptable. Gracie was consistent in providing me updates o service, the almost two month turn around time for the repair of my vehicle was totally unacceptable. Gracie was consistent in providing me updates on the status of it and the meeting with the service manager was beneficial in making me understand what led to the delay, but at that point the damage to my time had already happened.
