They went above and beyond to make our purchase fit in our budget. We were approved quickly and easily—Terri Norris was awesome! Once the transaction was completed, Hassan and other staff stayed later than office hours to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Great Experience buying a car with Hassan We found a Mini Cooper on line and I went to check it out. I emailed/phoned the dealership first and the communication was excellent and friendly. When I got there the car was parked right in front. I did end up buying the car, which I think was the cheapest car on their lot by far, but I was treated with kindness and respect. Buying a car does take some time and I had a really nice afternoon chatting with Hassan! So if you have to spend the time it might as well be with a nice person. I told him what I wanted in a car and what it would be used for and he didn't try and steer me to the many more expensive cars. The manager, sorry I forgot his name, was very friendly and quick to get paperwork together, I didn't feel trapped or pressured. I would buy from Hassan again!! More
