They ran a test on my car for 159.00 kept for 2-3 days to tell me nothing is wrong..and guess what I'm loosing antifreeze I found that problem and instead they just added antifreeze...just losers working her tell me nothing is wrong..and guess what I'm loosing antifreeze I found that problem and instead they just added antifreeze...just losers working here!! Cooper was very disgusting as a human being, was rude and pushy about a car he had no knowledge of, in his own words. Wouldn't allow us to view car without basically buying it. I was very excited to see the car but after he personally attacked me while viewing it, I was no longer interested and wanted to save my money. He claimed to have no knowledge on any accidents, which you can easily print off Car-fax like every other dealer. Coming from a dealership personal myself, it's a very simple copy and paste of the vin and the print button. I understood the vehicle was an "as-is" car but wasn't honest towards the Used Car inspection that every lot car has, when it's debut on the lot. Cooper acted as if we were wasting his time, even though he was sitting on his phone when we arrived. No greeting was given at arrival, even with an appointment. He yelled asking if we needed help, while lounging in his chair with his phone. He's unprofessional, aggressive and quick to argue and fight after asking simple questions about the car, which ever new owner should be able to know. After we requested a new sales person the sales manager wasn't any better. He agreed with Cooper in the way of handling the questions by yelling at us. I personally will never return due to the disgusting interaction I had experienced. More
Drew was very professional and helpful but the service area and car wash area is terrible. No help with service always excuse for getting service done to your vehicle a new vehicle 2020.
