I was referred to Serpintini from a friend and I am so happy I decided not to give up out of fear from being bullied to buy on the spot. I went into Serpintini and I talked to Dan and Justin. They listened to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. They respected me as a customer and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They let me drive the car that I went into see and gave me absolutly NO pressure! It felt very nice to be a woman and go to a car dealership where I felt 100% comfortable. I fell in love with the car! It was immaculate! The car was in better condition and was priced better than any other dealer also. They worked with me to get me the best price and payments! The price, service and respect that I recieved from the staff at Serpentini blew the other guys out of the water! I would recommend Serpintini to ANYONE who is looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you! I am a first time buyer from a BIG car dealership. I was hesitant to go but ounce I got connected with the sales man Mark Chase he made my car buying experience GREAT!! This is the guy that made it happen. The next day I was driving my new Dodge Durango home. I would reccomend Mark the sales man to any one who wanted to be treated like a person and not just a number. My husband laughed at me because it was something that looked like it was from a movie, right before I was getting into my new car I was hugging the Two Salesmen. The other sales man that was very efficiant and prompt with helping Mark out was Dan. Two great guys and I couldnt imagine having such a wonderful car buying expierence with out them. I filled out a contact questionaire and a financing information form on their website. I had thought that they could contact me about questions that I had on financing my car purchase. I recieved three e-mail responses but no phone contact. After my initial negative reaction to the missing personal follow-up, I was contacted by Monica Bailey who apologized for the delay in response and went the extra mile to put me in contact with the right people. Mark Chase called me personally to answer my questions and discuss my finance options. Both of them were very helpful. Although I have not found the perfect vehicle to purchase yet, we are working together to locate one within their dealer network. With the new developments since my first encounter, I would recommend Serpentini Chevrolet in Tallmadge to my friends and co-workers. More
