Secondly-- the website shows "free battery test"-- yet my bill shows a charge of $29.95 for the test, and I did purchase a battery. When I was notified by my serviced advisor George that my battery was "low", he told me it would be a $200 charge for a new one-- yet the bill shows 147.05 (including 24.95 labor). Was the $29.95 charge added to the battery price? This also does not match up with your web site "Service Menu" as it shows "Battery replacement" for $119. If you can figure all of this out-- you call me and please explain it to me. More

I always have my service work done at W-M and have come to expect good service and respect. I bought my first car in 1971 and have always counted on W-M To guide me regarding my vehicle.
