The service provided at Serra is always great. ..the staff is friendly and professional and willing to assist with any problems. 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled in advance oil change and tire rotation. No contact with customer in waiting room. After two hours of waiting, customer went to restroom. Apparently that’s when the customer’s tire rotation. No contact with customer in waiting room. After two hours of waiting, customer went to restroom. Apparently that’s when the customer’s name was called to inform customer that ticket was at cashier. After an additional 25 - 30 minute wait, customer went to the checkin desk in the shop and was informed that the ticket was at the cashier. Let me reiterate- no one cared whether the customer was there or got notification that the vehicle was ready. A simple fix but dealer to obfuscated to remedy the problem. More
