We dropped our vehicle off on 3/17/25 due to an engine light on the dash. We were told that it would be 3-4 days before they could get it diagnosed. On Friday 3/21/25, I reached out to our Service Advisor light on the dash. We were told that it would be 3-4 days before they could get it diagnosed. On Friday 3/21/25, I reached out to our Service Advisor by text (their preferred method of communication) asking for an update since I had not heard anything from her. She texted back that she was on the phone and would check on it. An hour later, I still had not heard back so I called the service department to see if I could get an update. My service advisor answered the phone. After verifying who I was, she checked to see where I was "in line" for a technician to check the code on the dash. After a 10-minute hold, she told me that it would be a "few more days" before anyone could look at our vehicle. As it was Friday, this would mean that it would realistically be mid-week before they would have an answer. I sent my husband to pick up our vehicle on Monday. We took it to another dealership that day and they not only diagnosed it the same day BUT had it repaired and ready for pick up at 1:00 the next day. Our experience with Serra was disappointing. Zero customer service, no follow up, and no appreciation for our business. More

I found a coupon and the young lady said that I couldn’t use it . I am not confrontational so I was like ok they don’t take coupons anymore? The lady was like yes but I already printed your bill out.
