Communication is horrible - had my car in for warranty work for a check engine light and they never would update the status of my car even after promising me they would do so. Even when the repair was delayed and it was the day after they said it would be ready, I had to initiate to see what was going on. They kept my car for almost a month total because they were short staffed and had to change techs mid-repair. More

The salesman said that he would fill the car with gas. When I picked up the vehicle it had less than half a tank of gas. There was a missing part of the console above the steering wheel that was promised When I picked up the vehicle it had less than half a tank of gas. There was a missing part of the console above the steering wheel that was promised to be fixed or replaced. They painted foam black and put it in there and called that fixed. Promises were not fulfilled and that's what I will tell anyone who asks about Serra Chevrolet. This may seem trivial to you car guys but as a customer spending hard-earned money these matters are important. More
