I have learned how to properly shop for both new and used cars. FIRST AND FOREMOST: NEVER EVER pay for any "dealership" add-on fees. Those are in additional to the advertised price you don't see until you get in the dealership and they spring them on you. That 33K vehicle is now 41K after taxes and several thousand in dealer fees. SERRA CHEVROLET DOES NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS ANY ADDITIONAL DEALER FEES!!! That's right! The price you see is the price you pay plus tax, tile and license. Furthermore, there are no "high-pressure" warranty gimmicks. No "high-pressure" sales tactics. In addition, they offered me $2000 higher for my trade-in than a competing dealer. My sales person, Dominic, was very pleasant, professional, and of course, he didn't need to use any high pressure sales tactics. he was upfront, honest and a pleasure to get to know. SERRA CHEVROLET is one of the few HONEST and upfront car dealerships in Michigan. They don't charge any dishonest dealership add-on fees. Best part, I was in and out with my "new to me" 2020 Ram 1500 in under an hour ( had to come back the next day with my title). Folks, when you are searching for a new or used car, PLEASE EDUCATE yourself on how to buy a vehicle, YouTube has hundreds of videos you can watch. There are many dealers that will scam you out of thousands of extra $$ if you are not careful! More
