Don is so great. Everytime I need something he always goes above and beyond to accomidate my needs. I had a flat tire and called Don, he sent a wrecker to help me out. EVERY individual I dealt with, from sales to service was TOP NOTCH in customer service. I belive that customer service is lacking in todays world but not at Serra. I called the service dept and they got me right in to look at my car. Don remembered me from when I bought the Sonic and asked for me to personally ask for him so he could personally insure that my car was taken care of. Turns out the code was just for oil change. To anyone reading this... please take my word that anything else other then great feedback about Serra is completely false! I will never go elsewhere for any of my car needs. More
I was late for my appointment, but the staff welcomed me in right away,completed the work,made adjustments for additional corrective maintenance that I hadn't noticed, and even stayed late to make sure I wa in right away,completed the work,made adjustments for additional corrective maintenance that I hadn't noticed, and even stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. All with a smile and great, prompt attention to detail. With the additional corrective maintenance, I prepared myself for sticker shock, BUT the price came in below the original quote! The new facility is spacious, beautiful, environmentally friendly, and even more customer friendly. My husband sends me here for ALL of our automotive needs. Thanks Serra Chevrolet! More

Update 4/13/12 - As of today my car is still not repaired. BUT the good news is that Greg Brown the General Manager/Dealer Operator of Serra Chevrolet has given me a loaner until my car is repaired repaired. BUT the good news is that Greg Brown the General Manager/Dealer Operator of Serra Chevrolet has given me a loaner until my car is repaired and will work with me once the warranty company decides what they will or will not cover. This is what I'm talking about! This is customer service! My ordeal is not over, but at least it's going in the right direction, so I've updated the customer service rating from a 1 to a 3. I'll update the again when this over. 4/9/12 - Don't purchase a used car from this dealership...they do not stand behind the cars they are selling. I puchased a 2009 used vehicle as well as an after market warranty from them. Less than 3 days after the purchase the check engine light came on, took it to them and they said their was nothing they could do....really I just spend $13,000 and there's nothing they can do...unbelieveable. My car has been in the one shop or another for the past month...and guess what their wonderful warranty that they sold me most likely won't cover the repair. The sales manager cannot get me a loaner, because it's out of his hands. Well, it's not out of my hands buddy, I'm gonna spread the word, I will never recommend, nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from Serra Chevrolet in Southfield. More
