Also when I returned for oil change I want tire rotation When I got home and further inspection, the tires were not rotated because the brake dust on the front tires and none the back so still no rotation. I was there for an extremely long time when I asked the service man about my truck. He came back at first and said he could not find my truck overall for the cost of what I paid for this truck. I’ve been very disappointed and how I’ve been treated. More

We were sold a used car that had a serious problem with it. We noticed after we got home that defender panel had not been replaced properly and was not properly lined up with the door panel indicating a po it. The managers were rude and told me there was nothing wrong with the car. This upset me terribly. They threw a business card at me and told me to call a lawyer. I was upset and later asked for an apology and the manager told me that my feeling offended was my problem and he did not owe me an apology. They made us take a higher priced car in exchange for the defective car. The guy was obviously an under-socialized narcissist-abuser misogynist who was abusing me because he already had my money. More
