HORRIBLE!!! I went to the Serra dealership for a repair on my Chev Silverado, I was told it would cost 350,00. I received a call from the dealership the same day I went to the Serra dealership for a repair on my Chev Silverado, I was told it would cost 350,00. I received a call from the dealership the same day that evening saying it was repaired, I left in my truck thinking it was fixed and it wasn’t! They wanted me to pay another diagnostic fee to find and solve the problem which wasn’t fair to me, It took me two weeks of battling back and forth with the dealership to get my truck fix. They are dishonest and liars. My overall rating of this dealership is zeros across the board. More

I try call it took forever to answer the phone. They real care for customer. And lookup the phone number and get several different ones and call it rings nobody answer. More
